This lesson plan teaches your beginning ESL students the basic vocabulary needed to follow a recipe. Your students will learn the difference between recipe ingredients and instructions (including some common cooking verbs such as chopping, pouring, stirring, etc.). The plan also offers a short video and various vocabulary practice exercises, including audio activities.
