Lesson plan 1: How can I get a driver’s licence?
Take your advanced beginner ESL students (CLB 3-4) through the steps of getting a full driver’s licence in Alberta. This video is part of the “Getting a driver’s licence in Alberta” lesson plan.
Lesson plan 2: Going through airport Customs
Students learn basic vocabulary and phrases needed to go through airport Customs. During this lesson plan, students will also hear and practice a dialogue with a Customs officer, and understand what they need to declare at Customs.
Lesson plan 3: Checking in at the airport
This lesson focuses on the vocabulary your students need to check in for a flight (whether in person or at a kiosk). During this lesson plan, your students will watch a video, hear an audio of the transcript, and practice a role play and other vocabulary activities.
